As I was preparing lunch yesterday, my husband came up behind me and started ot rub my shoulders. It felt great but the sounds of snapping and cracking were driving me crazy. He told me that I obviously needed to make an appointment with our lawrenceville chiropractor. I did not realize that it had been almost six full months since my last appointment. I usually do not wait that long between visits. I find that if I have a spinal adjustment once every three months, then I rarely have back problems. I must have missed one appointment a few months ago.  I really need to get back on track.
