if the thought of cold water in your hand held bidet frightens you that you may need to bring a plumber in to give you any options in regard to making your handheld unit dispense warm water instead of frigid cold water.. I suppose in some sense the cold water is better than nothing and it will be the temperature of the toilet tank but if you have the option of adding warm water then by all means do it as long as the cost is not prohibitive.
