I was reading about Italian cooking classes on the Internet the other day.  I like Italian food.  I like to go to Olive Garden and love their food.  Where I live I have to drive an hour as our town doesn’t have a lot of places to eat other that Mexican or Chinese food and of course fast food places.  This is all good food but it is nice to have a choice sometimes. I love cheese of any kind so Italian food is great for me.  Also, I am a noodle person. I love Penna noodles and eat them with only butter sometimes. I like good cuisine.
